Every time I come here which is in the evenings every other day. The staff is friendly and polite. They always seem to be busy with some of them working the orders both inside and drive through. While others are busy cleaning the restaurant. Food is typical BK fare but it’s the staff that set this store apart.

Why can I wash my hands and use the restroom at MacDonalds & Tim Horton’s but not at Burger King? Went out of my way to grab some lunch at the Burger King on Brant St. in Burlington today and they wouldn’t allow me to wash my hands so I could eat. Terrible terrible customer service.
