Long-time, regular customer. Always buy the K-cup pods too.
Went in last night to buy a coffee and a pack of pods. Two young ladies were behind the counter. One was making a specialty drink and the other was helping load a chocolate syrup dispenser.

Have been coming here for years.. On it's third owner now. Every owner was very hospitable. Very inviting place to relax and have a coffee. S.B.s coffee shops don't seem so cozy like coffee Culture does.
-This coffee shop urgently needs an exhaust fan to get rid of the fumes caused by the food preparation. At times it's impossible to breathe.
-Light in the men's washroom has been broken for a long time.
-Some of the staff members need to understand about customer service.
