Excellent. Very high quality subs. Once you have one you will comeback for more. Puts Mr. S and S Way to shame. Easy to order. Easy to use the App. They helped us setup the App and Firehouse account so we get notified about deals and offers regularly. We have been about 10 times for inside/take out recently. Everytime each sub is perfect, made quick enough for me, very filling, tastes very fresh and the place is super clean and staff are positive and friendly. The take out packaging...
I stand by the fact that this is the best firehouse. I don’t know what it is, but it always tastes better here. Staff are genuinely so nice, they’re always cleaning things up, and they actually put effort into making the subs. 10/10 every time
first time at this location, first time being letdown by the firehouse brand. ingredients were fresh however the sub was put together horribly. I ordered a spicy cajun chicken with no jalapeños, my sub was 70% jalapeños.. service was mid at best. staff doesn’t seem to be trained on customer service.
