“First time visiting from Mississauga, we came in on a Monday evening for the special menu to celebrate the birthday of a very dear friend who has very serious Celiacs. We were especially excited to be able to share a dinner out with her wjere she could have her pick of the exclusive gluten-free menu...... Every single thing we ordered was absolutely incredible.
We enjoyed the dusted wings, stir-fry, Pad Thai, fish and chips, and the JFC fried chicken sandwich (so good and the chicken portion was enormous I wish i took a photo). Everything was delicious, and honestly exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to have such a great selection of gluten-free options where we didn’t have to sacrifice flavour or quality.
While the food was great I absolutly have to give praise where it is due. What truly made our evening unforgettable was our server Tosha, she was exceptionally entertaining, friendly and genuinely wonderful from the moment we sat down. She made sure everyone was taken care of, was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, and somehow managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive. We had a lot of queations and felt we were taking uo her time but she was suggestive with menu items and answered all of our questions regarding concerns for someone with severw Celiacs dining out. Her service was above and beyond, and she added such a welcoming energy to our celebration.
You can have amazing food, but having someone who makes you feel genuinely cared for takes the experience to another level and she absolutely did that for us.
We left with full stomachs, happy hearts, and an even more special birthday memory. Fantastic food, an amazing gluten-free menu, and truly exceptional service. We will absolutely be back for the great service!“

“I came to Hess on Saturday looking for a place to go get some drinks out with my friend and I saw this place. We decided to go in on a whim since neither of us has gone out to a bar in Hamilton yet around that area and the place was really great! I don’t think I’ve ever had a larger pitcher of sangria in my life for $30. So worth the money and Lucas was the best server ever! He was so prompt and gave very good recommendations.
