“Busy NY eve, called and ordered and got a call back that the driver was in the lobby. A bit early but ok. We got the wrong order. They immediately called and said our right order was on its way.

Showed up 10 minutes later and let us keep the wrong order too a they’d have to throw it out. We have a potluck tomorrow so it won’t go to waste.

Mistakes happen. So then customer service is about what happens to make sure you have a good experience after that, and they nailed it.“

They do an amazing job and if you get stuffed crust, it comes with a delicious garlic butter crust that needs to be an option on the regular menu“
