AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Listen, it's a mall Taco Bell, my explanations are LOW but they mess up every time we order. Doesn't matter if we order through the Taco Bell app, Uber Eats or in person they NEVER get it right. I don't know how they can confuse beef with chicken, or how they can't follow instructions like "no sour cream" but there is always some major mix up that they don't care to fix. So far only Uber Eats will issue a refund when they mess up. Shame.

I went to Taco Bell expecting a hearty meal, but all I got was disappointment. They barely gave me any food, and when I asked for a refund, they denied it without any valid reason. Save your money and hunger, avoid Taco Bell at all costs.Below are photos of the pitiful meal.

Ordered food today for the office. To our surprise when we received our order we were missing numerous requested items. The food was poorly packaged and cold. As you could imagine we were not the happiest set of employees to find out not only have we not received our correct ordered items but no sauces, utensils or napkins were in the bag (which we specifically ordered). When we called Taco bell directly top have this issue resolved they 1. could not locate the store we ordered from 2. only offered a $5 coupon to the Taco Bell website when. This Taco Bell being the only location in Burlington this coupon does us no justice as we will not be ordering from here again.

We have ordered from here now 5 times in a row and we should have known better to order yet again. We love taco bell, and unfortunately this is the only location in Burlington we can drive to from Appleby line. We are ALWAYS missing items. This time the whole one combo, the side of nachos, a soft taco and not one sauce packet. So we are now a bunch of staff members hungry and jipped on food we were waiting for. So not fair. And again, we FRIKEN love taco bell, so you can imagine how horrible we feel right now. And hungry might I add. So we will for sure not be ordering again here. Good bye taco bell. You were once good. Sad ... Just disappointed.

Worst Taco Bell.Seems like less meat and cheese in my Tacos than other Taco Bells, they trying to make more profit.Unfortunately, Burlington doesn't have other Taco Bells close by.

I got 3 beef crunchy supreme tacos from here about 5 days ago. One of my tacos was a bit stale and tasted a little off, and i didn’t think much of it until about 24 hours after when I was in excruciating abdominal pain. Went to the walk in clinic to find out that I had an infection in my intestines due to the fact that they gave me an expired taco. I have been getting taco bell for a few months now and this is absolutely ridiculous and has never happened to me before. If you work in the service industry you should always make sure that your food IS NOT EXPIRED, who cares about service when you’re literally being destroyed from the inside out by the food. I had to take two days off of work due to the fact that i was bed ridden for 3 days. I will never be going back to this location! By the looks of the other reviews it seems i’m not alone in saying this location is absolutely horrendous!

Wow ordered delivery from this location. I received a text message from my driver stating he was concerned with the staff handling my order he said they were struggling and had zero confidence in them as he watched in horror after waiting an extra twenty min from them to put together a basic taco combo. When it arrived it was such a soggy mess. My Crunchwrap was far from crunchy makes my stomach turn again thinking about. They didn’t even included sauces a staple for this cuisine. After I thought about it though it was all soggy that it made the thought of not getting my sauces not that bad after all. Southwestern Ontario worst Taco Bell location ? does this owner have no pride pull it together and train your staff provide your locals with some standards behide your brand and dignity

Ordered 2 of the $11.99 BOX...for take out . It was packaged in a paper bag without the box. Had to sort through the bag to separate the orders we intentionally order the box lunch for convenience. It came up on our bill $12.99 not $11.99 as advertised and was missing the cinnamon sticks. We went back but the nice teen taking our order was not there. The staff refused to give us our missing cinnamon sticks because she didn't remember us from 10 min. past.....really kids cinnamon stick if we were trying to rip you off or lie we would have said we were missing the $8 burrito or taccos.

This is the third time I've been here and they have made a mistake everytime. I won't be returning. The associate who was making the food never looked up from his phone once! Touching my food and his phone with no gloves! No apologies for making the mistake either.
