I went to Taco Bell expecting a hearty meal, but all I got was disappointment. They barely gave me any food, and when I asked for a refund, they denied it without any valid reason. Save your money and hunger, avoid Taco Bell at all costs.Below are photos of the pitiful meal.
Ordered food today for the office. To our surprise when we received our order we were missing numerous requested items. The food was poorly packaged and cold. As you could imagine we were not the happiest set of employees to find out not only have we not received our correct ordered items but no sauces, utensils or napkins were in the bag (which we specifically ordered). AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Listen, it's a mall Taco Bell, my explanations are LOW but they mess up every time we order. Doesn't matter if we order through the Taco Bell app, Uber Eats or in person they NEVER get it right. I don't know how they can confuse beef with chicken, or how they can't follow instructions like "no sour cream" but there is always some major mix up that they don't care to fix. So far only Uber Eats will issue a refund when they mess up. Shame.
