I recently (June 2024) went for dinner and ordered the Artic Char. The plate was nicely presented, the accompanying veggies were tasty. However I did not get the Artic Char but was served a substitute of Lake Trout which has a salmon-like flesh and taste. I really dislike salmon but was not advised of the substitute.
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
