The Caledonia Subway runs like a well-oiled machine. I visited at 6:50 p.m. on a busy Thursday night, with a lineup nearly out the door and the staff handled it with impressive speed and efficiency. They worked seamlessly together. The restaurant was spotless, the ingredients fresh, and every sandwich was made with care. Big compliments to the team for balancing speed, quality, and excellent service. Highly recommend this location.“

“We had a great experience at this Subway location! Our food looked amazing and Harman provided great service! I have celiac disease and she made sure to wash her hands and use a fresh pair of gloves when preparing my gluten free sandwich. Will definitely be coming back to this location!“

“yeah sure I'd reccomend to give it a try. this location was great when it first opened as they all are. I ordered from here last night and it was garbage and went IN to the garbage. All the veggies including pickle were old. onions had zero taste. tomatoes with thin n mushy falling apart I gagged and threw it out. wont be having it from this location or the grimsby one either. so disappointing“

“Okay so don't get me wrong it's THE best sub I've ever had. They don't stinge on the toppings and the meat is like fresh deli shaved meat. However...$20 for a sub is very hard for me to digest. But once in awhile it's definitely worth it.

“It's a pretty regular subway but what makes this place standout is Gerleen's friendly service (I hope I'm spelling her name properly- I'm here on Wed Sept 17 at 11:30am). I have celiac disease and she was very thoughtful as to the proper precautions to avoid cross contamination. Well done! Management should give this employee a raise! Thank you!!!“

“Felt like a Pita so drove into the mall. The manager came out of the kitchen and welcomed me. I ordered a vegetarian pita. I had my credit card in hand when the manager said I didn't have to pay. It didn't register so I said, what? He explained it was Pita Pits 30th anniversary and the first 30 people got a free Pita. What a nice surprise. Started the day off beautifully. Thank you Pita Pit. 🌯“

This location was a bit busy when I visited, so it felt somewhat rushed overall. There wasn’t really much interaction with the staff, it was more of a “get it made, get it out” kind of vibe. I didn’t hear a greeting or feel a welcoming atmosphere.
What stood out most was how much they’ve scaled back on toppings. One of the main reasons I choose Subway is for the fresh vegetables, but when I asked for things like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, the portions felt really minimal. That was disappointing and made the sub feel less satisfying.
While things seemed kinda clean and service was alright , the overall experience felt a bit impersonal, and the value just wasn’t what it used to be. I may have to start looking at other options if this is there new way.
Tips if you’re going:
• If you notice they’re light handed with toppings, politely ask for more as it can be very skimpy.
• Keep an eye on what’s going on your sub and don’t be afraid to speak up.
• Prices have gone up, so it’s fair to expect a full, satisfying sandwich. If you feel shorted, you can ask to have it fixed right then.

“Had a sub at this Mr Sub today and the sub was pretty good, however the lettuce looked old and wilting. Also, the 2 staff members working were somewhat confused with each other and didn't seem to be on the same page when I asked about something regarding the rewards program. This Mr Sub also has a drive through and a ice cream place as well, so it's an interesting location.“
