We watched as 4 vehicles went through the drive thru while the lady at the front waited. Also, the chicken they sell for the chicken strips is not A&W chicken. We've been coming to A&W for years for the chicken and these were closer to the Janes chicken strips you buy at GT for $5/box. Super disappointed will be going to a different location for sure. Amazing experience my server was Parveen she was awesome
All A&W‘s are the only places that handle all the food with their hands instead of wearing gloves! I don’t like people touching all of my food that goes into my mouth. Start wearing gloves!
