Wendy's in Cambridge

“Wendy's has established a reputation and consistency so there isn't much I would say I expect something extraordinary but it doesn't need to be. Food is good, prices are competitive and staff ok as it's a fast food joint after all. Love the deals when they have them as it makes Wendy's a very appealing spot to go when it comes to value. I would select going to a Wendy's over a McDonald's or Burger King.“

“We typically order through the drive-thru and the ladies working are always friendly and helpful. Today I was served by Parmi at the window and she was provided wonderful service after there was a miscommunication with hearing my order. She was apologetic and re-confirmed in a friendly manner and further did not mind that I needed to add another item to my order (after my young daughter requested). The entire staff here is always very nice. Special thanks to Parmi!“

“Pre ordered Wendy’s salads with drinks (senior drinks) to be picked up within a fifteen minute window. On arriving the salads and drinks were already packaged and ready to go. A staff member kindly offered to assist with carrying out the order - this was very much appreciated. Individuals on the receiving end of the salads and drinks all enjoyed their various salads. The lunch time workshop meal was very reasonably priced, refreshing and delicious. Thank you Wendy’s for adding a nice touch to our workshop outing.“
