Tim Hortons in Carleton Place

“Excellent customer service! I had to stop a couple of early mornings in a row, to get 2 dozen donuts for work and the staff was amazing. The showcase was fully stocked and the selection was great. Nice and friendly staff…and it was 5:15am! Really a great staff - thank you for all you do.“

“I was a regular at this time Hortons for over two years. Every morning I went and got my iced coffee with less cream and less sugar, always with a straw. Every morning, no matter who was working, they recognized my order at the speaker. I rarely had to ask for a straw because they knew me, and they knew I wanted one. My first great experience was with Amanda, who I think was the manager. I had called because something tasted really off with my iced coffee. I wasn’t able to go back to get another one that day, but I still called to let them know in case it was something with the cream. Amanda told me she would look into it, and took down my name. The next day when I went through the drivethru, they gave me my coffee for free as a replacement for the bad one the day before. I don’t think he works there anymore, but a younger man named Jacob coined me the “Iced Coffee lady”. At one point I would have multiple staff members coming to see me at the window to say hi. Currently Brittany, Bhoomi, and Jocelyn, are beyond incredible. This Tim Hortons is no longer on the way to my new job, but sometimes I take the longer detour just to see the girls. This Tim Hortons must serve hundreds if not thousands of people a day, and still I became a regular by just going once a day. I love this Tim Hortons and the staff that work there. Amazing team, food, and atmosphere. 10/10!!!“
