“Tonight I had a great experience at the Chatham Arby’s. My order was prompt and accurate. There were several customers in the drive thru and at the counter and it moved quickly. There were also several skip the dishes orders and I didn’t feel that I was made to wait because they were ahead of me. It appeared to me that they had staff designated to help all the customers equally.“

“Food is great however I tried to use a gift card and was told they have never seen one and don’t accept them. How can that be that money was spent to purchase a gift card and it cannot be used at this location? Not good for customer service.“

“This place is a hidden gem, I absolutely love the 1950s retro feel. I am sad to see they got rid of their walk up window concept recently, as I feel it takes away from the nostalgia. The place is nice and clean, and the food is good old classic burgers and fries. The prices are reasonable.

Hamburger meat could use a touch more seasoning, instead of plain ground beef. It was a touch on the dry side. Overall I still absolutely loved my visit and I thought it was soo good! This is a wonderful step back in time. Awesome service, all staff were super friendly and helpful. I got the bacon burger and overall I was happy with it!

“Decided to go to Wendy's tonight (Friday before may long) in Wallaceburg. Went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order was awesome!!! Her voice her excitement for what I ordered put the biggest smile on our faces. Even paying for our food was a treat that made us feel like we were dining in.
Very infectious personality!

This was the best sandwich I’ve had in my life and as soon as I bit into it, it was as though I’ve accomplished my life purpose. Hunter was incredibly friendly and nice. His sandwich making skills are on a whole another level. Please come here if you want retrobution.“

“I've been eating Subway sandwiches for at least 25 years (when i started they were cutting a "V" out of the bread & had stickers with a rewards plan). I've had subs in 6 proviences & 1 territory. Tonight I had the best Subway sandwich & customer service I've ever had out of every location I've ever been too. I always get a BLT on parm/oregano not toasted with the same veggies. My sub was made exactly how I asked, there was no huffing & puffing when I asked for a few more toppings. Mac is the DaVinci of sandwich artists. She greated us appropriately & took the time to make sure we got exactly what we ordered. I stay in Chathem Mon to Fri & look forward to eating here regularly.“
