“I went through the drive thru at 2 in the morning after work. The kindness from the wonderful lady at the window was so refreshing. Not to mention the food took about 5 min (not an issue as it wasn’t busy) but it was the most fresh set of burgers and fries i’ve ever had. So professional and courteous, it was so nice to see ! oh and the gentleman also answered the phone when i called about an hour earlier to inquire about their store hours, and he was very welcoming !

I went in with my girlfriend Rolyat-Tfiws expecting to casually grab a fresh fruit sundae. Simple. Innocent. Budget-friendly. But then Avery entered the scene like the patron saint of ice cream herself: radiant, charismatic, and operating at a level of salesmanship and hospitality that Fortune 500 companies should probably study for research purposes. Not only was she unbelievably kind and hilarious, but she somehow convinced me to upgrade and keep adding things until I had spent OVER $200… and here’s the insane part: I DON’T EVEN REGRET IT. Every suggestion she made felt spiritually correct. I would have trusted her with my bank account at that point. The fresh fruit sundae was phenomenal, but Avery made the experience legendary. The energy, the friendliness, the confidence, the absolute mastery of customer interaction, it was superb. Future generations deserve to know what elite customer service looked like. 10/10 experience. I cannot wait to go back.“

Special recognition to Kristy at Pizza Hut she made the pizza herself, handled the front, and also maintained an impressively clean store throughout. Her work ethic stood out immediately, from food preparation to keeping every area spotless.

I had the $7.99 lunch deal with cheeseburger pizza, fries, and a drink. The food was fresh, hot, and well prepared.

The entire location was extremely clean dining area, counter, and kitchen all looked well cared for. It was clear the staff work as a team to maintain high standards during a busy lunch period.

Kristy provided excellent service while also managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and a positive attitude. The experience felt organized, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish.

“It took a VERY long time to get our orders taken and then to get the food.
However, the food was hot and fresh. And the employee was very apologetic for the wait.
The owners of this place need to give their staff raises. And maybe learn to schedule properly.
There were ONLY 3 staff working on a VERY busy Friday night. These 3 staff members BUSTED their @$$es. I felt incredibly bad for them running around like crazy trying to deal with multiple walk-ins and a steadily busy drive thru!“

“Out of the Subways I have visited so far in Windsor, this is one of the best. The staff here are very welcoming and I had a really good experience.

I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.
