“Christina is very sweet and directed me to Ann to help me when the Subway app was giving misinformation and wouldn't let me order a specific sub indicating the store was our of stock for one of the meats when it wasn't. Am was wonderful and made sure we got exactly what we needed and helped me find a way to put the order through online and still get the benefit of my points as well as redeeming my cash reward on my account. She bent over backwards to please us.
Last month Christina made our subs and went out of her way as well to go above and beyond. They are so pleasant and do whatever they can to please the customer. We went out of our way to specifically come to the Essex location because of this.
The place was nice and clean and the food was fresh and delicious!
We will continue to go back. This location is by far the best out of all of Windsor Essex County!!!“

“I went through the drive thru at 2 in the morning after work. The kindness from the wonderful lady at the window was so refreshing. Not to mention the food took about 5 min (not an issue as it wasn’t busy) but it was the most fresh set of burgers and fries i’ve ever had. So professional and courteous, it was so nice to see ! oh and the gentleman also answered the phone when i called about an hour earlier to inquire about their store hours, and he was very welcoming !

“The best Vermicelli I’ve had in a LONG time! Portions were huge and I love the choice of two proteins. We tried the chicken, pork and beef. All of the meat was tender, juicy and full of flavour. Can’t wait to come back to try other items on the menu!

“I placed an online order tonight and completely messed it up on my end. I called the store right away, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating about swapping it for what I actually meant to order. Since my original order was a bit more expensive than the replacement, they even offered to let me grab some chips and a pop to make up the difference. They even took the extra time to call me back to double-check and ensure everything was 100% correct.

Special recognition to Kristy at Pizza Hut she made the pizza herself, handled the front, and also maintained an impressively clean store throughout. Her work ethic stood out immediately, from food preparation to keeping every area spotless.

I had the $7.99 lunch deal with cheeseburger pizza, fries, and a drink. The food was fresh, hot, and well prepared.

The entire location was extremely clean dining area, counter, and kitchen all looked well cared for. It was clear the staff work as a team to maintain high standards during a busy lunch period.

Kristy provided excellent service while also managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and a positive attitude. The experience felt organized, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish.

“Omg I ordered two coffees and there was no one inside or in the drive through they took 5 min to get to take my order at the window. Then took another 15 min to get two coffees after I paid. The coffees are not up to a&w quality at all. This is my 2nd time coming here and the owner should be ashamed as it is clearly a on going issue with quality of the product and time management.“

However, the food was hot and fresh. And the employee was very apologetic for the wait.
The owners of this place need to give their staff raises. And maybe learn to schedule properly.

“i came into my local subway in belle river last Saturday and i was not feeling great, but the young lady making my sub was just a breath of fresh air. i think her name was Ella, blonde hair and glasses. i came in, in a terrible mood and she was so lovely. she made my sub with fantastic precision and an amazing attitude. food and service was pheunominal. i will 100% be coming back.“

“Out of the Subways I have visited so far in Windsor, this is one of the best. The staff here are very welcoming and I had a really good experience.

I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.

“I genuinely had to leave a review because Hayat and Yousef were absolutely AMAZING!! ❤ They are easily two of the sweetest and most welcoming employees I’ve ever come across at Wendy’s.

From the moment we walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, patient, respectful, and helpful. Their customer service was seriously above and beyond. They greeted us with such positive energy, made sure our order was taken care of properly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed instead of making us feel like we were just another customer they had to serve.

Hayat was so sweet and kind throughout the entire experience. She has such a warm personality and you can tell she genuinely cares about how customers are treated. Yousef was just as amazing super friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. They both had such a positive attitude, and honestly, people like them are the reason you want to come back to the same location.

What stood out the most was how natural their kindness was. It didn’t feel forced or like they were only being nice because it’s part of the job. They genuinely made the atmosphere better just by being themselves. Even the smallest interactions were handled with patience, respect, and a smile.

Good customer service can completely change your experience somewhere, and Hayat and Yousef are PERFECT examples of what excellent customer service should look like. They deserve recognition from management because employees who treat customers this well should absolutely be appreciated and acknowledged.

“Absolutely delicious and healthy meal. This was my first meal after a surgical procedure at the hospital as well. I am at least confident that it's a healthier option than most take outs/dine in restaurants. You have the option to choose as many veggies as you like, many protien options with different breads combo. One of my to go places, even during travels.“
