“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience at Dairy Freez in Essex, I feel morally obligated to inform the public that Avery may actually be the single greatest employee to ever exist in the history of customer service.
I went in with my girlfriend Rolyat-Tfiws expecting to casually grab a fresh fruit sundae. Simple. Innocent. Budget-friendly. But then Avery entered the scene like the patron saint of ice cream herself: radiant, charismatic, and operating at a level of salesmanship and hospitality that Fortune 500 companies should probably study for research purposes. Not only was she unbelievably kind and hilarious, but she somehow convinced me to upgrade and keep adding things until I had spent OVER $200… and here’s the insane part: I DON’T EVEN REGRET IT. Every suggestion she made felt spiritually correct. I would have trusted her with my bank account at that point. The fresh fruit sundae was phenomenal, but Avery made the experience legendary. The energy, the friendliness, the confidence, the absolute mastery of customer interaction, it was superb. Future generations deserve to know what elite customer service looked like. 10/10 experience. I cannot wait to go back.“

“Food is great tasting, as per usual from McDonalds, service is what you'd expect; mostly fast but sometimes awfully slow, the atmosphere is as you'd expect from a McDonalds, smells like fries, loud, and gray, though still nice to eat at.“

“It took a VERY long time to get our orders taken and then to get the food.
However, the food was hot and fresh. And the employee was very apologetic for the wait.
The owners of this place need to give their staff raises. And maybe learn to schedule properly.
There were ONLY 3 staff working on a VERY busy Friday night. These 3 staff members BUSTED their @$$es. I felt incredibly bad for them running around like crazy trying to deal with multiple walk-ins and a steadily busy drive thru!“

“I used the mobile app to order Harveys from the Leamington Ontario Swiss Chalet /Harvey.i ordered ,paid a and received an order number .We i went to pick it up ,Harveys had no record of my order .I showed my order number and still no order found .They had to make my order as I waited .They honoured the order but it was an awkward situation for all .Staff was very helpful about the situation“
