“i came into my local subway in belle river last Saturday and i was not feeling great, but the young lady making my sub was just a breath of fresh air. i think her name was Ella, blonde hair and glasses. i came in, in a terrible mood and she was so lovely. she made my sub with fantastic precision and an amazing attitude. food and service was pheunominal. i will 100% be coming back.“

“I stop at this location occasionally when going through Bell River. Always good service, fast, efficient, workers always seam in good spirits happy doing their job. Must have a good management team.
Only 3 stars for food as it is McDonald's fast food, but the place is always clean and cheerful“

“Charcoal Pit has been a Belle River staple for decades, and it’s clear why it’s stood the test of time. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the portions are generous, and the service is warm and friendly. I’d much rather stop in here for a quick lunch than settle for big-name fast food it just feels better supporting a small-town spot that delivers great value and great taste. A true local gem.“

“Best A & W experience in Windsor-Essex. Food came very quickly. It was hot and well put together. They actually know how to cook a Beyond Burger to perfection. Friendly Service.“

“Fast delivery of hot pizza. Super friendly delivery driver. Hanover, ON“

“Christina is very sweet and directed me to Ann to help me when the Subway app was giving misinformation and wouldn't let me order a specific sub indicating the store was our of stock for one of the meats when it wasn't. Am was wonderful and made sure we got exactly what we needed and helped me find a way to put the order through online and still get the benefit of my points as well as redeeming my cash reward on my account. She bent over backwards to please us.
Last month Christina made our subs and went out of her way as well to go above and beyond. They are so pleasant and do whatever they can to please the customer. We went out of our way to specifically come to the Essex location because of this.
The place was nice and clean and the food was fresh and delicious!
We will continue to go back. This location is by far the best out of all of Windsor Essex County!!!“

“I went through the drive thru at 2 in the morning after work. The kindness from the wonderful lady at the window was so refreshing. Not to mention the food took about 5 min (not an issue as it wasn’t busy) but it was the most fresh set of burgers and fries i’ve ever had. So professional and courteous, it was so nice to see ! oh and the gentleman also answered the phone when i called about an hour earlier to inquire about their store hours, and he was very welcoming !

If management sees this, I went on Tuesday Nov 19th (into the 20th am)“
