On March 08, 2026, at Smitty’s Family Restaurant, I ordered Olde Fashion Sunny-Side-Up White & Yellow Yolk Eggs, a Six-Ounce Wrangler Steak with a light sauce of ‘Au Jus’ made from the natural juices released by ‘Le Bifteck’, Hashbrowns avec Sautéed Onions along with a few Splashes of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce!
Very cozy diner atmosphere. The staff were great and the food was amazing! We went for breakfast and were not disappointed. Such a warm welcome from staff! Definitely a must for try!
My wife and I moved to Chatham about 18 months ago and have dined here approximately 10 times (breakfast and lunch). I have found the food to be consistently good; well prepared, ample portions, and served hot.
Unfortunately, the service is hit-and-miss.
