Fast Service, Great Helpful Staff always willing to help seniors when required
the Clinton Ontario location is absolutely terrible. drive through time are 2-3 times worse than any other location. running out of cups xl cups on more than 1 occasion in recent history. I think Tim hirtons corporate needs to reign in some better policies and training for the franchises or to atleast hold them to some sort of standard.
what really amazes me is that this location used to be one of the best, my how far they've fallen.
I went to Clinton Tim Hortons and bought a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken...When I open the salad lid I seen a hair so I returned the complete salad bag dressing and napkins in tack and they just took it from me with no apology or an offer to replace the salad or anything...I than called the store and once again nothing they shrugged me off ....so now they have my money and hair salad and I'm down dam near 10 bucks nice going.
