I do normally like Wendy's but I'm a bit peeved about the strawberry lemonade. If I am paying for a large, I want it filled to the brim. that is what I am paying for. nit for you to stop filling it 2/3 of the way. then you say that it's the rules?? I've gone to other wendys and they fill it to the top. not a happy customer. you are ripping people off of their money. plain and simple.
Nice people. But ordered a large fire thro the drive thro. Got a small in a large frie box....to top it off they where pretty could.
Twice in the past 3 weeks we have visited...staff was friendly but both times thru the drive thru our order was not correct. We paid for upsized fries and what we received would 've been barely over a small. When u use the drive thru service you are presumably on a time limit which was our case and I did not have time to go back and have their error corrected. The child I had with me was left still hungry after we had to throw the burger away and only left with a super small fry
