We tried this place for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. We were looking for a billiard place and they have a very neat set up. Definitely recommend this if you want shisha and billiards. Amazing concept!

Had a great time at this shisha lounge! The food was really good, and the atmosphere and interior were well done—definitely a great place to relax. The only thing that could be improved is the shisha itself. The flavors weren’t accurate we ordered double apple but it was just fennel seeds flavour and it was very very strong the way it was made could use a bit more attention to get a smoother experience. Other than that, it’s a solid spot, and with a little improvement on the shisha, it could be even better!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food is high-quality and delicious. The staff member who served us, Sophia, was energetic, friendly, and always had a smile, ensuring everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back ^_^

I had a terrible experience at Caspi Restaurant and Lounge in Toronto. We ordered three shishas along with some snacks and food. Unfortunately, by accident, I knocked over one of the shishas, and only the head fell to the floor. This kind of thing happens sometimes, and at most places, it’s treated as a minor accident. I asked to get a new head (which typically costs $12-$15), and asked them to replace it. However, they insisted that they dont sell a new head to customers and I had to get a completely new shisha and pay an extra $30 instead.(at the end i paid for 4 shisha instead of 3)

Reluctantly, I accepted their policy and apologized for the accident. They gave me a new shisha, but what happened next was even more ridiculous. About 30 minutes later, I asked for some fresh coal, and they told me I would be charged for it! I’VE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE!!!!!! I’ve never heard of a place charging extra for coal—especially after you’re already paying for a new shisha. Most places provide unlimited coal as part of the service.

This place is a money grab. If you’re looking for a good shisha lounge in Toronto, skip this one. There are plenty of better options where you won’t be nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. I definitely won’t be going back here.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The kebab was absolutely perfect—some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff mentioned they came from Azerbaijan by invitation, and it truly shows in the authenticity and flavor of their food. It was our first time enjoying such a beautifully prepared kebab, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

It was very wonderful, we liked it very much. We ordered the kebab set. They said the chef was a young Azerbaijani guy who came from Baku and we saw him from the outside. It was very wonderful. It was the first time I ate such a beautiful kebab and I liked it very much. We will be here every week with our family and friends👍👍👍
