From the outside, it’s not immediately clear that it’s a donut shop — the signage and overall aesthetic are so understated that it’s easy to miss or second-guess whether you’re in the right place. For a brand that’s fun and bold in product, the exterior presence feels oddly muted and a bit frustrating.“

The staff at the locations I visit are usually friendly and fast, which makes a big difference, especially during busy hours. Even when there’s a line, things move pretty quickly, and I appreciate that they keep things efficient without feeling rushed.

“While working in the mall, I sometimes attend to customers and then return after 30-40 minutes. The staff there is incredibly friendly they even brew me a fresh cup of coffee and warm up my food in the microwave. Their kindness and attentiveness always make me feel appreciated and valued. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a lot of comfort to my day.“
