We came in for 2 coffees there was no line ahead of us or behind us, and three staff working, shouldn't take 20 minutes to make 2 coffees. Staff kept gathering in the corner and giggling.“

I usually go to the pinewood location and the food has always been good, the restaurant has been clean and I've always had great service.
