Asked for no mayo on my chicken burger, after three times they still can’t get it right. Just tried scraping it off hoping I wouldn’t notice.. straight to the garbage can 🤢
Horrible portions. We order a 10 pc and the bucket was pieces as small as regular chicken wings. An order from a local competitor produced good sized drumsticks and backs
I will NEVER choose KFC again and I’ve been a fan since the 70s
I went in today, March 31st, 2022, at 3:55pm. The cashier served me, I asked how long it will take, she said 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later after two clients came in behind me and were served, I asked where was my order, the cashier told me another 5 to 10 minutes but there’s no gravy. By then I was so frustrated I asked for a refund. The cashier went to the back and the manager came to the front, playing dumb, asked me what I wanted I said a refund, I was pissed.
