So I was worried about ordering mine at the window at such a busy, but the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, hilarious, and reassuring. They assembled everything quickly, it was hot, complete, and I was on my way.I usually stop by at off peak times so it's always fast and decent - today was exceptionally fast.I tried to call, but it was the fax line - the only listed online number, so I took my compliment here.Keep up the good work - Tks all!“

“We came inside and told the one server that we were in a hurry as we had an appointment down the road and wondered if we would be able to eat within 45 minutes. She gave us a great tip on what to eat and were served so quickly. The fish and chips were awesome! Fabulous friendly service!“

“The shrinkflation+inflation is annoying, but that's a general fast food chain problem. Other than that Wendy's is a great chain and this is a great location.
Mentioned the Coke Zero was empty on the new self-serve machine, and they got me one from the drive-through machine.
UPDATE: I visited several times over two weeks and the service level was all over the map. I'd say 70% of the time, service sucked to be quite honest. Drink machine empty, no straws, no cutlery. Mentioned it, and half an hour later the drink machine is still empty. Dropped 2 stars from Service because of this.“
