“For my Christmas Eve party I have served a Subway Giant 6ft sub every year for 20+ years now. This year Dorchester Subway prepared one for me. They did an amazing job. We have never been happier with quality of the food and the service. Thank you so much staff and managers of Subway Dorchester. “The signage screamed at me in a good way, for the current promo. The Steak and Bacon is pretty tasty!

The lady who helped me, i am not sure what her name was (horrible memory), mid 20s? My food was made to perfection. Excellent customer service. As someone who worked in a Mr.Sub store 20 years ago, it's great seeing young new staff doing such an excellent job.

“Stopped in to get a sub with my mom and the young man who was working was amazing! He was just finishing up with another customer who was very rude making him a little shaken up. When it was our turn to order we told him to take a minute we are in no rush. While he was making our order the previous customer came back to yell at him asking for the manager and getting him all upset again. He provided great customer service and made our subs perfect! It's unfortunate that some customers like to make the workers feel overwhelmed. Please tell him thank you, it's never easy to stay focused while having a rude customer interrupt other customers time. He did say he only had 2 weeks left, we wish him the best on his future endeavours.“

“Subway is my go-to for that "healthy" cheat meal take away - but not all subways are the same!They LAYER EVERY TOMATO, every spinach leaf, every cheese slice+ olive perfectly instead of just throwing it in there like other places.being motivated to make every subway perfectly and neatly every day!? kudos to the staff!every time i order at the other stores on nights when they closed early- with the very first bite I regret not getting my order in this store instead on time.Thank you crew!
