“I went with my 2 daughters to eat here today and Muffin our waitress was fantastic. She was so friendly and sweet. I would have give 5 stars just for Muffin but there was another ignorant male server with blonde hair who had a rude look on his face with a laugh and a smug when he helped to deliver our food. We knew EXACTLY why he did. Yes it was a lot of food but that’s because we like to take leftovers home for work lunch next day, not that it’s any of his business but why in the world would he give a dirty look to customers paying a lot for their food? Stupid move on his part because I’m sure he didn’t think I’d complain but here we are. Again, muffin was absolutely fantastic. Hire more like her and get rid of that cocky waiter. Not sure I’ll come back to pay good money and be judged for it. My daughter even said it kinda ruined the mood. Not the kind of experience we’d like dining out. This a heads up to the owner how this staff member treats your customers. You’re welcome. Muffin was amazing so don’t confuse the 2 please.“

“After Christmas shopping with a new Mom and an eight month old I totally enjoyed the experience in the friendly staff. Ragnesh was so nice. He offed and prepared some refried beans and rice for the baby and it’s the best I’ve seen her eat yet. Food was yummy.“

“Hello, Bar Burrito! I want to give feedback about your Keswick, Ontario restaurant. I placed an order today (Monday, Mar 6) and when I returned home, noticed one of the burritos (small) missing. Kinda annoying, but not a tragedy. I called up the restaurant and spoke with Kori who said refunds were not available for online orders (this is VERY annoying, but I that’s a criticism reserved toward corporate policy and procedures). Kori was very kind in getting this matter resolved and offered a larger replacement the next time I came in. I did exactly that and her team honoured Kori’s offer with no pushback or 3rd degree (unlike other experiences I’ve had). Ideally, Bar Burrito should be able to process refunds for online orders without having to come into the restaurant, BUT Kori and her team did a great job making things right!“
