Friendly staff, tuna melt was very good!!
I always come to this What a Bagel location, but unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience today.
I ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese, which alone came to almost $10. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order, and when the lady finally handed me the bagel, I asked if she had added the butter. She said no. I let her know that there was supposed to be butter, but that it was fine since I had already been waiting for quite a while.

Bagels are the best in TO. Friendliness is even more so. Just have to get some decaf coffee to go from 99 to 100%
