The pizza quality can be hit or miss, sometimes great, other times not made very well. The online tracking system also sometimes says the order has arrived before the delivery driver shows up. The staff, like the beautiful Jen, provide awesome customer service and make customers' days. However, some delivery drivers can be grumpy and not communicate well with customers.
