“I came here yesterday with my friends while we were coming back from Anime North that was taking place right beside this building. Obviously the place was packed with people, but this is expected during a big event like this. There was a malfunction going on in the area since the kiosks and credit card readers did not work meaning that only people with physical cash could be served at that time (Even when I was at Anime North beside this building, a lot of credit card readers did not work at the event. So this malfunction was not Burger King's fault. This seems like something that was effecting everyone in the area at the time).
The reason I'm giving this specific Burger King place a perfect review is because not only were the staff and manager extremely prepared, professional, friendly to the customers, and understanding of the whole situation of what was happening with the digital payments, but my food was prepared very quickly and carefully in only a matter of a few minutes. And the reason I was shocked at the speed of things was because I had to order 4 different meal combos for my friends since they couldn't pay at the time due to the digital payment malfunction. Plus, there were already so many people in the building ordering at the time. I thought maybe at first the food was undercooked because of how short the wait was. But no, the food was perfect and none of my friends got sick. I'm honestly still surprised at how perfectly this all went for both my friends and the people working there at the time.
I hope all the employees working that day and shift got payed extra because they absolutely deserve it. I wish more fast food places had this level of professionalism, kindness, and service. I will 100% be coming back here to eat with my friends the next time we come back from Anime North. Thank you again!“
“I went to eat at night and bought it. I couldn't taste the hamburger because the meat was ready in advance. You should be careful. The meat that is waited in advance will taste bad. Also, why would you wait for the meat to be ready at night when it is not crowded?“

“Went in on Thursday ordered my usual from kiosk first one didn't work tried the second one worked i for to put no ketchup on my burger so got my burger it was really oily bread was drenched took one bit and it had ketchup 🙃 so I went back to try to get another burger and she said i didn't put no ketchup so I threw it out the first kiosk didn't work that why i forgot to put no ketchup thank good I ordered chicken nuggets or else I would of not ate she basically kicked me out because it was 10pm and said eat in hours were closed i usually go every thurs but no more I will not go there service sucks. Lots of other places I can go so basically I paid for 20 for chicken nuggets“
