I want to give a big shoutout to Vishnu, who truly made my day at Tim Hortons! I came in for my usual iced coffee, but he suggested something different—adding two shots of chocolate—and wow, it was a game changer! That iced coffee was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had.

I am taking the time to write this review because Japnoor provided impressive customer service. He greeted us, suggested what to buy and even upsold us some Brookies. The whole interaction, he was smiling.
If I had a franchise, I would hire him in a second. I’m not sure of his position but to me, Japnoor is management material.
