Iām Tanveer Kaur and visited Tim Hortons today where Shivani Bansal served me. I ordered a coffee and a cookie but was a bit confused about using my Tim Points and which drink to choose. I'm a coffee lover and wanted something dark, so she recommended the Dark Roast and even suggested adding an espresso shot for a stronger taste.
She was incredibly polite and took the time to explain how the Tim Rewards app works and even guided me to use tap & pay...

she is always serve me fresh decaf with half coffee and fresh plain croissant which is my favourite. She is so good always smiling . Good place to visit
