“Updated: greatly improved in the last 3 months. Service speeds and staff attitude are now what i would hope from a service industry. I can only hope this is a perminet improvement.

Parking: Very disorganized parking... chronically concerned about pedestrians being hit and fender benders because of poor traffic flow design.

Kid-friendliness: It's not kid friendly... much of the seating is inappropriate for young ones... no play area...“

“The primary grocery store in Fort Frances. Well stocked and maintained. Good deli area and bakery area. Fresh produce area can be a bit thin at times but through not fault of the store but rather the remote location. A Starbucks is located inside and they sell beer. Friendly and helpful staff.“

“We went there for lunch today. It was around 12 and we tried to call in an order. The phone kept ringing and nobody answered. Since we were going to pick up anyways, we went there to place the order. Being lunchtime, it was busy, so no wonder they didn't answer. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our food which wasn't a big deal. We tried the special Veggie Melt, Philly Steak Sandwich, and Chicken Beast Sandwich and everything was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend any of those sandwiches!!! And the peanut butter monster cookies were amazing as well!! So soft but crunchy on the outside...just perfect!!“

“This restaurant is truly brilliant! The service was amazing and extremely friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, clean and cozy. The concept of donating books to your patrons is simply brilliant and I hope others catch on and repeat this business model. The menu was wonderful and the food was delicious! I give this restaurant a five star rating and encourage others to stop in and grab a bite!“
