“My absolute favourite bakery! The almond croissants are one of my favourites, and they understandably sell quickly because they're so good. The black forest cake is delicious, and we order every cake for birthdays or celebrations here. Ting made lemon elderflower cupcakes after the royal wedding years back (2018, perhaps?) and we liked them so much that we ordered our wedding cake from Panache in the same flavour a couple years later. (I have also ordered custom petit fours for a baby shower, and they looked so cute I almost didn't want to bring them!)
The only thing I look forward to about the cold winters is getting an oolong tea latte or a London fog latte here and going for a walk. Ting is so friendly and kind, and I've loved the addition of Taiwanese items this year. The Taiwanese tomato beef ramen kit is a 10/10, and we always make sure we have at least one in our freezer. I think we're so lucky to have Ting and Panache in Gan.“
