A little late posting; but wanted to come and rave about our brunch last Monday! My daughter and I and granddaughter enjoyed a perfect meal, I had the Montreal bagel with smoked salmon and she had the avocado toast and it was 10/10! Service was also fantastic. We can’t wait to return!
We've been to Laverne's twice for weekend brunch and both times it was amazing! The Charleston Lake Waffles are delish!
Nice little restaurant and very food. Only 7 tables and a little terasse, so the wait could be long to be seated and once you order expect about 1hour to get your food 🙄 so if you are not in a rush, worrh trying.

Laverne's Eatery serves delicious food with great presentation and flavors. The menu features tasty options like brisket tacos, chicken fajitas, and huevos rancheros, which offer good value for the price. This very popular spot for brunch has an excellent and beyond-the-norm menu with terrific dishes. The place is very charming, with odd decorations and lovely plants hanging throughout. It is a very quaint and comfy spot with a lovely atmosphere. The food is very good and awesome, with highlights like the breakfast casserole and pancakes. Although nothing is labeled vegan on the menu, the staff can accommodate dietary needs; the chef can veganize the huevos rancheros and has vegan cheese available. Service can be on the slow side but is polite and good. It can be confusing walking in as there isn't clear direction, and the online reservation system can be a problem. Overall, Laverne's is a great spot for a meal, especially for breakfast or brunch.
