I'm new to Ottawa and my shawarma standards are high because my hometown has amazing shawarma that no other spots have come close to and I've tried many places already in Ottawa. “My friends recommend this place to me and I drove from a long distance to try their fried chicken and it was really worth it, the chicken was so tender and very seasoned, good chunks of it too and none of those fake skins (flour dipped) from other chicken spots. Best fried chicken indeed and I really recommend it.Ps: the restaurant is always closed on Sundays as I was informed by cashier.“

“First time trying, felt like something different. Partner and I got some King Burger combos to go. Average wait time, nothing out of the ordinary, staff was friendly, one of them was a lot of fun.

We get home with the food, it's still hot, fries are good, and the burger was really the star of the show.

I can't believe we haven't tried this place before. The King Burger truly lived up to its name. We got ours spicy which is usually a gamble but here it was spicy in the sense that it has a little kick without knocking the wind out of you.

I wish I had taken a picture to share but unfortunately it was too delicious looking to resist, had to be eaten immediately.“

“Kids love the halal pepperoni pizza. The dough is delicous.
I eat gluten free and always order a lettuce wrapped bun. The hamburger and all beef bacon are also halal. See Haddar if you want a lettuce wrapped burger or sandwich. He is aware of gluten allergies. We go here often for burgers and pizza. Strawberry shakes are good too.
Very decent prices.

“We ordered the family platter for 4. Halal bbq beef ribs and pulled beef were great. It is a largely self service place with disposable dishes and plates but glad the utensils were of steel. Also liked the corn bread.“

“This food is so amazing. This india food is the real deal, hands down. I have no choice but to get extra meat every time. My son said it's also his favourite food in ottawa and my wife loves the chicken biryani. If my stomach was bigger I'd buy even more. The staff are very friendly , just love coming here.“
