The chicken broast is unbelievably tasty… crispy, juicy, full of bold flavor and their rice is just as incredible. For 9 to 10 years, I hadn’t had such excellent chicken—tasty, juicy, and perfectly cooked, never dry. The salad and the combo are also amazing! Their attention and service are great as well. I’m not giving 5 stars only because they could improve cleanliness, though it’s acceptable for a fast-food restaurant. My family and I truly enjoy this place, and whenever we come to Ottawa, we never miss it!

I find their fried chicken combo quite enjoyable, as it offers a substantial meal suitable for a family. Their takeout service is particularly commendable. They are unique in Orleans for providing an estimated time for food preparation, ensuring it is consistently hot and delicious upon arrival.

While we have only dined in once, I must admit that the establishment could benefit from some aesthetic improvements. Brighter lighting and general enhancements to the overall ambiance would be welcome.

I am pleased to have them in Orleans.

Wow! The Chapli Kabab was amazing, the flavours melted in my mouth! Not a lot of real authentic Chapli Kabab in the Ottawa area, but laziz always comes correct, I recommend! 10/10

Been loyal customer for years ordering
very often. I call sometimes to ask for
dark meat preference on broast with no
issue. Today when I called the worker
who has never served me in years of
coming told me he will charge me extra
for dark meat said are you sure you
guys never charge me he said yes you haveto pay extra without trying to confirm if this is correct. Why and since when? I see charging for white meat like most places but Popeyes KFC ETC doesn't charge for dark meat.

No problem will take my loyal business
elsewhere i don't like the service provided
