“I actually like this location more than the Hwy 21 one, although it's still not perfect. The only reason why I go to the other location more often than this one is that it's closer to home.

It's a lot more spacious (doesn't feel as cramped. Plus, it has kiosks), and the staff here I find to be friendlier (went to the other location over a week ago and an employee talked to me in a rude tone and got my order wrong, and it's happened more than once).

Yes, the service can be quite slow in this location as was the case when I went in, but the older lady who gave me my sandwich was very apologetic about the wait. If that apology didn't happen, I would've deducted a star.
