“I have been eating them all wrong!! 🙈 Did you know they were supposed to be enjoyed fresh right away?! Today I had one the proper way. And it’s like I found a totally new donut. Crispy on the outside and mochi on the inside. It’s like they were popping donuts! The owner was so kind. And he shared with me how they are so serious about fresh donuts that if a donut isn’t sold in the timeframe they are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s thrown out. Guaranteed fresh! And here I was taking them home to eat lol. Wrong wrong wrong lol. Can’t wait until they come to Vaughan 😉“

“Have been coming to this location since they opened, their new food menu is a game changer! They have the best Banh Mi in Markham! One of the owners told me the Pate is their family recipe from Vietnam and it is delicious! The staff are lovely to chat with and very friendly. I will certainly be coming back!“

“The coffee is always fresh and hot. Better than the expensive other coffee companies you might be tempted to buy but in my opinion are not worth the price.
The mini donuts here at The Dapper Doughnut are always fresh, delicious and great price for the value.
I highly recommend The Dapper Doughnut for your next coffee and donut fix.“

“I dont mean to complain, I am happy with this Tims, I m come here often to get my breakfast and take away so I can eat at my work.
But one day, today my breakfast is missing egg, I m not happy but nothing I can do. so after this check before you go, and dissapointed for your meal.“

“I visited this location regularly. This morning I was with 2 of my friends having breakfast and coffee there. We were very disturbed because the cleaning lady came around mopped the floor around us. The smell of cleaning detergent was not pleasant at all while we were eating. After that the lady even came to our table to clean the table while we were still having our coffees. We found it very disturbing, hopefully the management staffs will do something to improve the situation.“

“Very courteous and family staff. Hot HK tea was good in a paper cup, but when I transferred to my metal thermal cup, the tea tasted bitter. Pineapple bun topping has too much food colouring and the taste was just ok; however the eggs and ham portons are generous, especially the former.
1L jug of HK milk tea is $13. Also available in 2L jug.
Parking: Be prepared to walk.“

“Whenever I’m in downtown Markham I HAVE to stop by La Diperie for a soft serve. It’s so yummy! Ice cream actually tastes like cream and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate. Top it off with chopped almonds and you are literally in heaven. So good - now I’m craving another one!“
“Good little operation that can get quite busy. Hoping owner sees this and puts 2-3 seats against the window where the ice treats freezer currently is, (I know it's owned by Esso but hoping a deal can be made so I can sit and enjoy my coffee with a view). Two or three stools with a ledge?“

“This place is hands down one of the best Tims in town! The food and drinks are always so fresh and delicious.
I've noticed that the staff and management have really stepped up their game over the years. Big kudos to all the staff :)

“The food is plentiful and freshly made to order. I was totally impressed with the quality of food while dining here. Their deluxe breakfast bagel is huge (I show only half as my son had the other half.). The service is always pleasant and attentive. There is plenty of seating and also plenty of parking. It is also co-branded with a Subway which gives you even more options to choose from. Pricing is better than most other places around.“
