“Love LaMochi donuts because they make your donuts fresh to order!! Sure you've got to wait a little bit (5-10 minutes) but you can't beat the fresh chewiness of the mochi.

Other stores have their mochi donuts sitting out and it tastes hard but LaMochi? Their donuts are chewy, fresh, plus the smell coming from the box of 6 is just intoxicating... I ate 3 mochi donuts in a row. Highly recommend the Creme Brulee(!!!), Mango and Original flavour.

I've also gotten delivery from LaMochi and their donuts still taste fresh and yummy! Obviously it's cheaper to come instore for their flat fee for their box sets instead of delivery.

There's a lot of parking for this area since they are located near the back of this plaza. There are no seating areas in this restaurant. More of a pick up and go type of deal.“

“This is a small place. If you planning to eat there, there will be no seats. However, this is a takeout strictly place. It will blow your mind with the delicious banh mi and mochi donut. Amazing flavors and tons of selection. This had become my favorite place for banh mi and donuts. 10/10“

“Very courteous and family staff. Hot HK tea was good in a paper cup, but when I transferred to my metal thermal cup, the tea tasted bitter. Pineapple bun topping has too much food colouring and the taste was just ok; however the eggs and ham portons are generous, especially the former.

1L jug of HK milk tea is $13. Also available in 2L jug.

“Whenever I’m in downtown Markham I HAVE to stop by La Diperie for a soft serve. It’s so yummy! Ice cream actually tastes like cream and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate. Top it off with chopped almonds and you are literally in heaven. So good - now I’m craving another one!“

“The food is plentiful and freshly made to order. I was totally impressed with the quality of food while dining here. Their deluxe breakfast bagel is huge (I show only half as my son had the other half.). The service is always pleasant and attentive. There is plenty of seating and also plenty of parking.
