Tim Hortons offers caring service with a personal touch. The staff are nice, quick, and efficient, ensuring orders are correct every time. Customers can enjoy a lovely coffee and appreciate the extra mile the staff go to help, even providing ice cubes to soothe injuries. It is a convenient and welcoming spot to start the day.
This location near the highway 404 has been upgraded, with a new counter. However, there was a fly inside the food display counter and on the cookies. The glass door to the display counter was not closed, which is not a good sight in a food establishment.
The server did not allow the customer to order a no-meat farmers breakfast wrap, which was disappointing as other Tim Hortons locations offer this option. Nevertheless, the service was described as good overall.
Despite sometimes having a wait inside, the friendly and efficient service makes it worthwhile. Customers enjoy menu items like the turkey bacon club on a toasted sesame bagel, with an apple fritter and coffee.
