The food quality is almost a zero. The ability to take an order is less than a zero - my wife asked for a cheeseburger dressed like a mac and had to clarify twice, then got the wrong order. Took three times to explain a large fry by itself was requested. Over the past few years this McDonald's has gotten to be so bad we now almost exclusively will go to any restaurant but this one. Awful, awful, awful.
Size of meals getting down to size of what used to be happy meals. Now the prices are doubled and quality is questionable. A meal for 2 is about 30 better off going to full service restaurant.

They had us pay for our meal and then parked us. 6 cars - the entire line in the drive thru was then served, and they STILL had us waiting. My husband finally went in and had to get it himself, and the manager then gave him attitude and was completely unprofessional toward him. She argued with him that people ordering a coffee had priority over us - which made no sense since we had already paid and spent significantly more money than that of a single coffee.
