“Satisfy your urge for barbeque at the Memphis Fire Barbeque Company! Wet style BBQ that is to die for, beautiful sauces, homemade mustard, awesome sides like Mac and cheese and poutine. They put collard greens back into my vocabulary as they were prepared right proper, making up for every soggy squishy collard green I ever had someplace else!! Brisket was delicious, just the right balance in the salt dept. Beauty pulled pork and that white apple slaw is such a great palate cleanse. I'll be back next time in town. Throw your money at these folks, you will not be disappointed.“
