Was super excited to try this place, but was severely disappointed when we found that we had only gotten 4 onion rings and a tiny portion of fries with our meals. My Boyfriends sandwich had a tiny tomato with the stem in the middle on his sandwich. My chicken wrap was good but we are so disappointed with this, service in store was extremely slow.

This location is the best and my favourite so far, from fresh food to amazing customer service, I live in Kitchener but any time I crave church’s Texas chicken , I would only go to the Guelph location. Dear Taljinder ( I hope I spelled your name right) thank you for your amazing customer service , so friendly and helpful definitely you will be the reason for customers to come back, keep it up!

First time ordering. The 2 pc chicken was more batter than chicken, way overcooked and very tasteless. Order of onion rings consisted of 5 . Not worth the money. Will not be back

I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times on uber eats and loved it and thought I’m in the area I’ll just pick it up I ordered a side of onion rings and I look in the bag and there is 4 onion rings as anyone would be I was confused so I asked about it and they told me it only comes with 3 onion rings total keep in mind if you buy this not in a combo it’s 3.30 plus tax for 3 onion rings that’s literally a joke

I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich with onion rings. I got cold chicken sandwich ,even i mentioned in the instructions to make a fresh sandwich & it came with 3 onion rings. I remember small order of onion rings does not come with 3 pieces. The chicken tasted sour , there were hardly any onions in the sandwich. No napkins or ketchup packets were in the bag. I used to love this place but won't be ordering again from here. This has happened to me for the second time.

Do NOT buy from here. Corporate has told their employees that they’re only allowed to give out 3 pieces for a side onion ring, EVEN charging full price for the side, I couldn’t believe my ears I had to ask again and was told only THREE.
I know it’s corporate but the fact that these GLAZERS for employees even think that’s appropriate to do is so disgusting and shameful, stick up for your customers, yall are robbing them blind, and “even though you’re just a worker” it’s called negligent compliance. You just sit with your thumb up your pie hole. Quit your job. You don’t deserve to work in public service or food.

I ordered and got a notification that my food was ready. When I showed up they said at least 20 more minutes. So my order took almost an hour at 2:00 in the afternoon . When I asked they were rude and basically told me tough luck. I'm not coming back. Food isn't bad but the staff is awful
