Went to the washroom and there was a tiny mouse. Disgusting. I didn't even finish my food. I threw it out on exit. I will definately not eat here again. Should have known the level of cleanliness wouldn't be up to standard.

I ordered from Church’s Texas Chicken in Guelph and had to wait 25 minutes for my order, I know that the store is very busy. I was waiting politely however what made it worse was that Sardari himself told me, “uber waliya nu chati bhejiya karo,” but despite that, the order was still very late. The food is usually good, but the wait time and lack of urgency really need improvement, especially for Uber orders. Sometimes customers put bad reviews on Uber’s drivers. I also mentioned the order details.

Having bought many times at this location I was disappointed at my most recent purchase. I bought a very large family pack. Most importantly the chicken was over battered and overdone and tasted like it. The powdered gravy mix tasted like they didn't put enough water in it as it was overpowering and overly thick. Very disappointed and unlikely to return.

Church's Texas Chicken is a wonderful place for Lunch and Dinner. They open at 11 and remain open till mid night. Had a chance to eat Lunch and decided for a dinner also at the same place. Wonderful Food, Wonderful Staff. Robin is a new Store Manager and he has made the place worth visiting.
There chicken was just amazing and so were the honey butter biscuits. Perfect for cravings.

The food was bland. The fries were extremely greasy (like the bag was soaked through) the only saving with the food was the biscuits - they were good. My friend and I were excited to give this place a try. The drive through seemed unequipped to answer questions or hear properly. It was also very slow. Overall just disappointed.
