I have had a lot of coffee from all over, the Guildsmen Cafe is one of the best. Very few places make a truly hand-crafted coffee. We have moved away and their coffee is one of the things we miss most. Highly recommend!!
I have been to a number of cafes around the world and I say, without hesitation, these folks are among the best. Even in the hustle and bustle of a busy market, they are able to make you feel like a welcome friend.
There is no need to ponder over what you want to get. Simply tell them what you are looking for and they will make you a warm cup of something wonderful. Your day will be better for it, I assure you.

These carefully-crafted drinks are a MUST if you're heading to the Guelph Farmer's Market. I was impressed with the selection of quality coffee - and not coffee - drinks made right in front of us. My whole family was happy with our drinks and the service received.
As a bonus, if you're looking for a not-too-sweet hot chocolate (who isn't?), this is the place to go!
