It is the small things that often make a difference in choosing excellent coffee.
Having a bag of coffee that I can re-seal and remove the air from via a one way valve is genius and is an extra cost for the manufacturer. It also shows me that they know what they are doing and care about their product.

Lost Aviator has amazing staff. They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They also make THE BEST Matcha Latte! Coming from a former Starbucks addict, I love being able to drink to the bottom with NO CLUMPS. It is delicious and I LOVE supporting a truly local business and not big corporations! Lost Aviator Coffee Company offers excellent coffee and a friendly staff. Located in an older commercial building in an industrial area, it has a unique atmosphere with plenty of parking and a lovely sitting space. Though it feels like a grab-and-go place, there are tables to sit at. The Raspberry Mocha is particularly delicious. They sell awesome apparel and offer day-old treats at a discount. The peaceful environment, nice music, and a microwave for lunch make it a pleasant spot to relax.
