I visited the Vaughan location for the first time and would strongly suggest skipping the drinks—unless you’re into swamp water. I returned mine, and the staff member added more "flavour," but it was still a watered-down, sour mess. When I mentioned again how unpleasant it was, he simply shrugged and said, “That’s how they’re made.” Definitely not impressed with the customer service at this location.
We went there on grand opening day. My husband ordered a small ice cream Sunday and a ice cream cone with sprinkles this cost $10.50. What an outrageous price for just two items. I would have rather went to Costco at least I would have had a treat too. The small Sunday we thought was going to have real strawberries on it but they put the tiniest bit of strawberry sauce on a very tiny bit of ice cream. Don't waste your money here.
