Ordered some Mr Puffs today, first the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house (not Mr Puffs problem), second, the "puffs" were extremely crunchy and hard and not very enjoyable. definitely not going there again.
Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! Ended up taking 66 puffs home and have zero regrets lol

I visited the Vaughan location for the first time and would strongly suggest skipping the drinks—unless you’re into swamp water. I returned mine, and the staff member added more "flavour," but it was still a watered-down, sour mess. When I mentioned again how unpleasant it was, he simply shrugged and said, “That’s how they’re made.” Definitely not impressed with the customer service at this location.
