Variety of product. Visited after St. Jacob's market.
Every visit to Newtons No Gluten has been an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and kindness that immediately makes you feel welcome. Rachel, who was running front of house during our visits, was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hella attentive. She took the time to carefully guide us through the menu and helped us navigate my partner’s food intolerances so she could enjoy something safe and delicious.
The carrot cake cookie sandwich was absolutely incredible ~ It had perfectly balanced sweetness, rich flavour, and was great. On my most recent visit, I tried the chocolate éclair, and it was equally impressive ~ beautifully prepared, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
What stands out most about Newtons No Gluten is the obvious care and passion behind everything they do. Rachel was a wonderful reflection of the bakery itself, and it’s clear that she and her family have created something truly special. Whether you’re gluten free or simply appreciate excellent baking and genuine hospitality, this place is well worth visiting.

Absolutely love and trust this little GF place.
I have purchased numerous items from here. They have ready to buy cakes available... many cupcakes to go and many fresh baked GF goods to go.
They also have many other gf items to buy
My daughter loves their pizza and gf cake and baked goods.
Will definitely continue to give my business to this wonderful little establishment! Also the service is SO GREAT!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa at Newton’s No Gluten to make a surprise care package delivery to my daughter who was having a tough week. Melissa was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful and my daughter said the GF baked goods were absolutely delicious!! Thanks for your kindness, yummy treats and for helping me send my daughter some love from afar, it was so appreciated ☺️

We recently moved to Guelph from Toronto and were worried we wouldn’t find the same variety of gluten-free and allergen-friendly options we’re used to, but Newton’s No Gluten has completely exceeded our expectations! They have an incredible selection of allergen-free products, not just gluten-free, and they carry a wide range of brands in addition to their amazing in-house creations.
The food is delicious! Their in-house cookies, vegan spinach and artichoke dip, pizza dough, and pastry dough are all phenomenal! We also picked up their lasagna and can’t wait to try it!
What really sets them apart is how seriously they take allergies and intolerances. They are very responsive via email to clarify questions about products and ingredients, which gives a lot of peace of mind.
Newton’s No Gluten has truly made finding safe, tasty options in Guelph effortless! Highly recommend checking them out!

While gluten free items are always expensive, I try to carve out a place in my budget for Newtons no Gluten anyway. It's nice to enjoy gluten free versions of favourites I normally cant eat anymore after the Celiac diagnosis like butter tarts. The frozen food is great since the thing I miss most about my old diet is convenience. Their savory pies, cookie bars, and bread are my favs, the bread has a nice yeasty flavor that makes it taste more like real bread. At $11 a loaf though its more of a once in awhile treat.

Prepare for a lengthy review :)
I am a baked goods girl at heart, so when my allergy test came back with Gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, pea protien, and peanuts as triggers... I was CRUSHED.
I stumbled upon this bakery by chance and lots of desperate Google searches, and I am soooo happy to have found this little hideaway of treats.
I make a monthly haul to their bakery, and the staff are always so kind.
Going out of their way to make sure what I am looking at isn't going to have any ingredients that can trigger me.
I may have gained a few pounds since I discovered Newtons No Gluten, but I couldn't be any happier.
And neither can my family, who though do not have the restrictions I do, but also love bakery Haul day.
My only complaint is that I live too far away, that I can only visit them monthly within their posted hours, if I lived closer, or if they were open later I am sure they would know me by name easily.
If you have allergies, or not, give theses guys a chance!!!!

Great place! The service is impeccable with such friendly knowledgeable staff and the selection is unmatched! They have so many in-store made goodies but also bring in other gluten free options, it’s like a grocery store just for dietary needs!

I reached out via email to order a sheet cake well in advance of the timeframe they put on their website. I was not able to order this online, and am out of the country so unable to call. I reached out via email to see if i could place and order / figure something out and was blanket shut down stating they dont take custom orders via email and hopefully i can find something in their fridge when they return....
I was hoping to chat about flavours, colours, writing on it, etc then offer see if they could send me an invoice to pay online or have someone stop into pay for it. But no level of customer service, options, solutions, etc was provided. Just blankly shut down, what an utter lack of customer service. I will be making sure i let the people in my celiac communities know about this.
Update: the response i received over email was incredibly rude and filled with attitude. They claim they will not take orders over email and only over the phone to ensure information is accurate (which leads to no proof of order info, history, conversation, etc) and excludes individuals who may not be able to call in due to being hard of hearing, a language barrier, etc. Not a very accessible friendly company...This is not my situation personally but pointing out the flaws in their process. Perhaps create a basic email template that ensures you get all the information you require? An order form? Anything would be a step up.

I discovered this wonderful GF bakery accidentally. I was drawn in by the big street sign and I am so glad I stopped!! What a wonderful bakery. We had the GF Apple Crumble Pie for Thanksgiving. Finally a pie with a lot of fruit, fantastic flavour and texture my whole family loved. Needless to say it is GONE and I will be coming back for more. The staff were extremely helpful guiding me and making recommendations. Congratulations for creating such a wonderful bakery and thank-you so much. It has been such a challenge finding GF foods my son, who was diagnosed with celiac @ 18, loves. You made Thanksgiving truly special.
