Went to the mall yesterday just got Arby’s. I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. First of all the cashier was to busy talking to another employee to serve me. Once he finally did, I got my food and my fries were cold. I took them back to the counter and he put them in the microwave after arguing with me that the cheese doesn’t melt because the gravy isn’t always that hot. Then he gave them back to me.
