TERRIBLE Customer service!
Seemed ok at first, got a table right away waitresses took our order and brought our drinks out, then she completely ignored us for an hour and a half! A table of people that came in after us were served and leaving by the time I had enough and just left. Another table that arrived shortly after we did, also left as the waitress never returned to their table either.

Our way back from Waterloo to Niagara . We were a party of 4 . The Menu had all the dishes we wanted and then some . The waitress was amazing . Service was quick friendly and correct . When the food came the portions were huge . Food had great flavour and was delicious !!! Waitress checked in on how are meals were and provided refills on drinks .
