Amazing salads—I love the Solstice salad with spinach, quinoa, pecans, cranberries, apple, pumpkin seeds, and chickpeas + Bangkok salad with the evil peanut dressing. The starter salad is definitely not worth the price as I found the portion much smaller (see attached photo of Pegasus starter salad). I have yet to try their sandwiches and quesadillas, but from what I have heard from others they are delicious too!
