Have ordered a blizzard several times from this location and not once have they ever included a plastic spoon with it. You do it in store. Do you think it might make sense to do it for Uber orders?!?!? 🙄

Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.

Called this location yesterday about a cake. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful. Came a couple hours later to pick up the cake for my son’s birthday and the cake looked amazing!!! The girl working was very sweet and polite. She recommended I download the DQ app when I got home and scanned my receipt to earn points. I already have enough for a free blizzard. I had no idea about the app!! Thank you! I will definitely be back to this location.
