The staff are always friendly with me. I usually do mobile orders and the staff usually call me by name to ask me to pull up to the window instead of just asking me to pull forward. I feel they appreciate knowing my name and can engage with me better. I'm a regular at this Tim Horton's and the staff & I often engage in small talk (with a smile from both sides). This is probably my favourite Timmies in all of Hamilton.
Headed into work this am. Stopped at Barton amd Lottridge for a coffee and bagel.
First off if you do not like your job, do not work there. It is a customer service position. Ripping debit machine out of hand, no manners - notta.
I asked you for salt and pepper on my bagel with cheese and tomatoe. Why did you leave the salt package on my bagel??? I am calling food handlers to inspect yous.

Tim Hortons offers freshly brewed coffee and properly made iced capps. Parking can be challenging due to the small lot, but the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and handicap buttons. This location is known for its kid-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. The morning and afternoon service is consistently cheerful and efficient. The Franch Vanille with half decaf triple triple coffee order is made just right here. The staff works together to make things great for the customers, with diligent staff on breakfast food orders and a pleasant team. Some customers found their tea wasn't right, receiving sweetener pouches instead of the requested triple triple steep tea. Ginger baker made the best donuts, and a girl with gray hair and glasses made a yummy bagel belt, while a short girl at the counter made coffee to perfection. One customer noted a bad idea to go to a location with a drive-thru when only one girl works inside orders and six work the drive-thru, leading to long lines.
